]]> To provide personalized, hands-on support for clinicians to bring their innovative ideas to life. This project moves beyond traditional training to offer a direct, “co-creation” partnership. We use a Health Design Thinking methodology to integrate clinical and hospital teams directly into the e-health innovation process, ensuring new technology is human-centered and aligned with the real-world needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Program in Action We facilitate highly-focused strategic meetings and personalized “Health Design Thinking” workshops with expert physicians. This allows us to move from an idea to a validated concept by:

  • Identifying and exploring unmet clinical needs.
  • Rethinking and co-designing healthcare delivery.
  • Optimizing complex clinical workflows.
  • Defining a clear pathway to accelerate the adoption of new, relevant technology in a hospital setting.
