SAHTEE is a “co-founded” venture of the HCI Startup Studio, operating in the AgriHealth sector. Its strategic mandate is to solve the systemic problem of occupational health in agriculture, a sector where over 60% of all declared occupational diseases in Tunisia are musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)., SAHTEE targets the 40% of agricultural workers affected by MSDs by providing adapted prevention and digital monitoring tools.

Solution in Action SAHTEE provides an intelligent digital platform for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) governance, designed specifically for the agricultural environment.,

For Employers (Farms & Cooperatives): It offers a centralized dashboard with AI-assisted prevention planning, automatic tracking of corrective actions (CAPA), and integrated OHS & ESG indicators.,

For Employees (Workers): It provides a tool for real-time diagnosis and monitoring of effort, posture, and fatigue. It also features digital incident declaration and access to personalized training on ergonomics and compliance standards like ISO 45001.,

Strategic Positioning & Model The venture operates on a B2B subscription (SaaS) model targeting farms, cooperatives, and large agricultural operations, which is supplemented by consulting services. SAHTEE is the direct, market-based result of HCI’s emblematic societal initiative, Health 4 Farming. This “frugal and inclusive innovation” program, focused on empowering women farmers in rural areas, served as the co-design and validation ground for the solution.
