Pharma 4 Novation
Pharma 4 Novation
Launched on 1 February 2025, Pharma 4 Novation is Tunisia’s first dedicated pre-incubation program for pharmacists and pharmacy students.
It directly addresses systemic gaps in Tunisia’s pharmaceutical ecosystem: limited training in innovation, weak startup creation pathways, and fragmented market access. The program’s impact is centered on building a sustainable talent pipeline by embedding an entrepreneurial mindset early in pharmacists’ careers, ensuring Euro-Mediterranean competitiveness, and linking academic training with real-world execution.
Program in Action The program provides a structured pathway from idea validation to business modeling, regulatory readiness, and market access. Participants receive hands-on training in Business Design Thinking and Market Studies, global webinars led by experts from France and Tunisia, and rapid prototyping workshops on AI and software integration. It also includes dedicated funding sessions delivered with Attijari Bank and high-level mentoring with access to hospital and lab validation networks.
Flagship Initiatives & Ventures The first edition of the program successfully engaged over 15 projects. These innovations, led by pharmacists and students, spanned a diverse range of areas, including AI-based diagnostics, emerging biotech solutions, and digital tools designed to optimize pharmaceutical care.
