## **Fostering Cross-Border Innovation Partnerships**

 On June 18, 2025, [HealthCare Innovation](https://www.linkedin.com/company/healthcareinnovationcluster/) proudly convened an inspiring workshop that brought together French innovators from the [Ecole d'Ingénieurs ISIS](https://www.linkedin.com/company/ecole-dingenieurs-isis/) Castres and Tunisian digital health and AI pioneers. This collaborative event epitomized a growing synergy between Tunisia and France, rooted in shared ambitions to advance healthcare through cutting-edge technology. Co-organized with Tunisian partners including the [Faculté De Pharmacie de Monastir](https://www.linkedin.com/company/facult%C3%A9-de-pharmacie-de-monastir/), Isetcom, [Enactus Faculty of Pharmacy of Monastir](https://www.linkedin.com/in/enactus-faculty-of-pharmacy-of-monastir-5b8138218/), and [Pharma 4 Novation](https://www.linkedin.com/company/pharma-4-novation/), the workshop became a fertile ground for idea exchange, networking, and strategic planning.

### **Collaborative Exploration of Innovation and Challenges**

 Participants engaged in thorough discussions exploring promising startup projects at the intersection of digital health and AI-driven pharmaceutical innovation. By collectively identifying significant challenges, such as regulatory barriers, financing gaps, and market entry hurdles, the group was able to co-design pragmatic action plans aimed at sustainable growth. The emphasis on cross-border deployment strategies underscored the importance of harmonizing regulatory, commercial, and technological frameworks between Tunisia and France, promoting scalable solutions that benefit both healthcare systems.

#### **Empowering Emerging Innovators and Expert Communities**

 This workshop also served as a knowledge exchange platform enabling students and young entrepreneurs to learn from seasoned healthtech experts including [Dr Haroun OUANES, MBA](https://www.linkedin.com/in/haroun-ouanes/), [Myriam Razgallah Khrouf](https://www.linkedin.com/in/myriam-razgallah-khrouf-893804196/), and others. The dynamic environment fostered skill-building, mentorship, and motivation vital for empowering the next generation of health innovators. Such cross-pollination of expertise and enthusiasm accelerates the maturation of Tunisia's digital health ecosystem and facilitates stronger ties within the Euro-Med innovation community.
