Roue Bargaoui is a pharmacist and founder and chief executive officer of WejdenSpire, a Tunisian business to business platform that measures psychosocial risk through continuous psychometric assessment and delivers occupational health and ESG reporting for employers. Formerly team leader of Enactus at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Monastir, she represented WejdenSpire at the MedInTechs trade show in Paris in 2026.
