AICTO

Founded in 2001 under the aegis of the League of Arab States, the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO) is a specialised intergovernmental body headquartered in Tunis. It develops common Arab ICT policies and strategies, coordinates regulatory positions, supports capacity building and technical assistance, and runs the Arab Digital Capital initiative. Its platform brings together ministries, regulators, private companies and civil society across the region.
