Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS)

Founded in 1955 and named after Germany’s first Federal Chancellor, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is a German political foundation. It promotes democracy, the rule of law and the social market economy through civic education, research, scholarships and international cooperation. Its Tunis office, active since 1982, runs programmes with Tunisian ministries, universities, think tanks, business associations and civil society organisations.
