Razi Miliani

Razi Miliani is a Tunisian pharmacist and business leader, chief executive officer of COGEPHA, a pharmaceutical wholesale and healthcare logistics company operating in Tunisia. He also heads the Tunisia Chapter of Dauphine Alumni, appointed in February 2025, and is a graduate of Universite Paris Dauphine PSL. His areas of engagement include pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare supply chain, market access and regional professional networking across Africa.
